Welcome to AI DOL (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) govern the legal relationship between you and us and constitute a binding agreement setting forth the terms and conditions for your access to and use of the website located at [www.ai-dol.io] (the “Site”) and related services. “You” or “your” refers to you as the user of the Site.

1. Description of Services

1.1 Welcome to AI DOL AI DOL is an online chat application available at [www.ai-dol.io], which enables users to interact with unique virtual characters (“AI Bots”) generated through artificial intelligence algorithms.

1.2 Subscription Services Some features are available only to paying subscribers. A subscription becomes active once you make your initial payment. Fees, billing methods, and applicable taxes are as stated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any subscriptions made through unauthorized platforms.

1.3 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability All content on the Site is AI-generated and not manually created. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or suitability of such content. 2. Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that:

• If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you are authorized to enter into this agreement on their behalf;
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement;
• If you are under the legal age, you are using the Site under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
• You are not otherwise prohibited by law from using the Site.

3. Content and Ownership

3.1 Ownership We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and all related technologies, systems, and software. You retain intellectual property rights to the content you upload or generate.

3.2 License Grant You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your uploaded or generated content solely to provide the Site’s services. You represent that you have all legal rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise tampering with the Site or its functionality;
• Circumventing security mechanisms or access restrictions;
• Disrupting the normal functioning of the platform, other users, or system infrastructure;
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• Uploading unauthorized advertisements, third-party information, or private data.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

5. Infringement Claims

The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms and Services

AI DOL offers the following paid services:

• Coin purchases: All Coin payments are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law.
• Premium Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment. You may cancel auto-renewal before the billing cycle ends.

If a refund is needed due to technical issues or duplicate billing, contact support@ai-dol.ai within 7 days. We will evaluate your request in a reasonable timeframe.

10. Termination and Assignment

You may stop using the Site at any time to terminate this agreement. If you breach any part of this TOS, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. Sections 3 and 5–12 shall survive termination.

We may assign, subcontract, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party. Continued use constitutes your consent to such changes.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this TOS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, along with the [Privacy Policy], constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements.
